01 / The website problem

Your work may be strong. Your website should make that obvious.

Homeowners often compare contractors quickly and on their phones. When services are vague, project photos are difficult to browse, or the estimate path is buried, evaluating your company becomes harder than it should be.

01

Hard to use on a phone

Small text, awkward menus, and cropped project photos make a poor first impression when a homeowner checks your business from a mobile device.

02

Services are difficult to understand

If visitors cannot quickly see what you remodel, where you work, and what types of projects you take on, they have to work too hard to decide whether to contact you.

03

Good work is poorly presented

A scattered photo gallery without clear categories or context can make completed kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home projects difficult to evaluate.

04

The next step is buried

A homeowner should not have to search through several pages to find your phone number or request an estimate. The contact path should stay clear throughout the site.

02 / The package

A focused website package for established remodelers

The Remodeler Website Launch Package is designed for residential contracting companies that already have real services and project experience but need a clearer, more professional online presentation. You receive a mobile-first website that explains what you do, presents your work, builds trust, and gives homeowners an obvious way to request an estimate.

A good fit

Built for a focused remodeling business

An established residential remodeler with defined services, a service area, project photos, and a real estimate process.

Not the right package

Custom platforms need a separate scope

Businesses that need e-commerce, a customer portal, custom software, advanced booking, full branding, or an ongoing SEO campaign.

$700 USD total service fee

A controlled five-page launch scope for an established residential remodeling contractor.

Payment milestones

$350 deposit to reserve the approved production slot.

$350 final balance before public launch or final production-file transfer.

Active-production target

Standard projects target launch within 7–10 business days of active production.

The clock begins after the agreement, deposit, production slot, intake, essential content, required access, and key decisions are complete. Client waiting time, additional scope, payment delays, and third-party delays move the schedule.

Domain, hosting, business email, premium software, paid assets, and other third-party costs are separate. Additional standard pages begin at $75 each after scope review. Custom systems, e-commerce, ongoing SEO, branding, photography, ongoing maintenance, and unlimited revisions are not included.

Need a focused website without turning the project into a custom-software build?

03 / Work examples

Two remodeling brands. Two clearly different website directions.

These fictional concept sites demonstrate how the same focused five-page package can adapt to different remodeling businesses without becoming a template clone.

Concept disclosure: Morrow & Field and Northline Renovation Co. are fictional businesses. Their projects, locations, and artwork are portfolio demonstrations created by Statement.

04 / The workflow

A clear path from first call to launch

The package follows a controlled process so scope, approvals, payments, and responsibilities stay visible.

01

Confirm the fit

We review your current website, services, available project proof, timeline, and whether the standard package matches what you need.

02

Reserve and prepare

After the agreement, $350 deposit, confirmed production slot, intake, content, and access are ready, your project receives a Start-Ready Date.

03

Build, review, and QA

Statement builds the approved five-page site, completes internal QA, and handles up to two consolidated revision rounds.

04

Approve, pay, and launch

When the approved scope is launch-ready, the final $350 is due. After cleared payment and final approval, we publish the site, complete live checks, and hand over the agreed access.

Organized remote website project workspace

05 / Remote delivery

Remote does not have to mean unclear

Statement works with clients through a documented remote process: scheduled calls, written scope, shared approvals, staging reviews, payment milestones, and a clear handover.

  • One designated client contact for consolidated decisions and feedback
  • Written approval for scope changes, price changes, and timeline changes
  • Staging review before final payment and launch
  • Agreed site access and handover after cleared final payment
  • 30 days of support for verified defects in the delivered scope
  • Honest concept labels and no claim of a US office or unsupported result

06 / Clear terms

Questions contractors ask before starting

Direct answers about the process, payment, ownership, and support.

Is this package a good fit for my remodeling company?

It is built for established residential remodeling contractors with defined services, a real service area, usable project proof, and a need for a clearer professional website. It is not intended for custom software, e-commerce, complex portals, or an ongoing marketing program.

Can Statement manage the project remotely?

Yes. The process uses scheduled online calls, email, written scope and approvals, a private staging link, and one authorized client contact. The project does not depend on in-person meetings, and the same review and approval process applies regardless of location.

When does the 7–10 business-day timeline begin?

The active-production timeline begins on the Start-Ready Date—not when the deposit is paid by itself. Start-Ready means the agreement is approved, the deposit has cleared, a production slot and delivery owner are confirmed, the intake is complete, and the essential content, assets, access, and decisions are available.

What can pause or extend the schedule?

The 7–10 business-day target covers active production. The clock pauses while Statement is waiting for content, access, approvals, consolidated feedback, payment, or another client-controlled decision. After five consecutive business days without a required response or input, the project may be formally paused and restarted in the next available production slot. Longer inactivity may require the project to be archived and reconfirmed.

What is included in the $700 package?

The standard package includes up to five page-equivalents, semi-custom responsive design, conversion calls to action, an estimate-request form, services and service-area presentation, a project gallery, trust content, light content editing and structuring, basic on-page setup, analytics connection, launch checks, two consolidated pre-launch revision rounds, and 30 days of bug-fix support.

Do you write all of the website content?

Statement organizes and lightly edits usable information supplied by the client so it fits the approved pages and reads consistently. Full copywriting from blank inputs, deep brand research, interviews, naming, and original long-form content are separate services.

How do revision rounds work?

The package includes two pre-launch revision rounds. Each round is one complete, dated, consolidated written list from the authorized client contact. Refinements within the approved sitemap, content, and design system are included. New pages, new features, a new design direction, major content production, or changes after approval are handled as additional scope.

How is payment handled?

The $700 service fee is divided into a $350 deposit and a $350 final payment. The deposit reserves the confirmed production slot. The final payment is triggered when the approved scope and included revisions are complete on staging, final quality checks have passed, and the website is ready for launch or final-file transfer. Public launch, cutover, file transfer, and administrative handover occur after the final payment clears.

Is the deposit refundable?

Before the project becomes Start-Ready or planning and customization begin, a cancellation refund may be available after deducting nonrecoverable fees and approved third-party costs. Once Start-Ready occurs or planning, customization, or production begins, the deposit is non-refundable. The signed agreement confirms the exact cancellation terms for the project.

Are the domain, hosting, email, or premium tools included?

No. Domain registration, hosting, business email, premium plugins, licensed assets, software subscriptions, and third-party integrations are separate costs. Statement can work with compatible existing accounts or help define what is needed. Ongoing hosting management is not included unless it is added in writing.

Who owns the finished website?

After final payment and handover, the client receives the website access, files, and usage or ownership rights described in the signed agreement. Third-party products, fonts, plugins, stock assets, and software remain subject to their own licenses. Statement retains ownership of its own brand, internal methods, and pre-existing tools.

What does the 30-day support period cover?

It covers reproducible defects in the delivered and approved scope for 30 calendar days after launch. New content, new design preferences, new functionality, ongoing maintenance, client-made changes, unsupported environments, and third-party outages are not treated as bugs and may require a separate quote.

Can I add pages or custom features?

Yes, after scope review. Additional standard pages begin at $75 each when they use the established website system and client-supplied content. Complex pages, case studies, integrations, custom functionality, bulk content migration, or nonstandard requests require a written quote and may change the timeline.

Do you guarantee leads, sales, traffic, or search rankings?

No. Statement is responsible for delivering the approved website scope and launch requirements. Lead volume, sales, revenue, traffic, and search performance depend on the business, market, offer, reputation, promotion, competition, and other factors outside the website build.
