These terms apply to use of this informational landing page. A website project begins only after Statement and the client approve a separate written agreement.

Informational purpose

The page describes a standardized website package and initial commercial terms. It is not an automatic acceptance of work, a binding project agreement, or a guarantee of availability.

No performance guarantees

Statement does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, traffic, or search rankings. Outcomes depend on factors beyond the website build.

Package scope and timing

The standard package, payment milestones, revision limits, exclusions, Start-Ready conditions, and support boundaries are finalized in the signed client agreement. Availability and timelines remain subject to confirmed capacity and complete client inputs.

Intellectual property

The page design, text, and branding belong to Statement or their respective licensors. They may not be copied or republished without permission. Client website ownership and third-party licenses are handled in the signed project agreement.

External services

This site links to third-party services, including a scheduling provider. Statement is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or policies.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided as available without warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
